My first book, Win More Cases: The Lawyer’s Toolkit (2008), was for a niche market.
This book represents my attempt to be as thorough as possible when working through legal problems, back when my mind was sharp enough to do so. Sometimes, it pays to be obsessive-compulsive. I used the book as an in-house guide for one of my companies. It worked for me and other people say they find value in it, too.
